Social Video Suite
Four short-form videos shot and delivered in vertical format (20–30 sec each) — purpose-built for Instagram, TikTok, and Reels. Three focused on specific spaces, one full-property overview.
Interview & Testimony Film
A dedicated filming day capturing a sit-down interview with the homeowner — their experience, the process, the result. Woven into a second edited film alongside the project footage. Includes Social Video Suite.
The Terms
50% deposit to confirm dates. Balance due upon final delivery.
Within 30 days of the final shoot day, delivered via private gallery.
All content licensed to Create & Construct for portfolio, marketing, website, and social.
Receives up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Confirmed at booking or scoped separately after primary delivery.
Valid for 30 days from date of issue.
